We want you to feel at home in this space. Please don't hesitate to reach out if you want to make these updates. Below are updates we think could make the rooms feel more like yours. Generally, our policy is that you have to get updates approved and then you pay to acquire and install them, however, if you apply for any of the updates below and we have it in our plans to update it too, we might split the cost with you and help install it!

Light fixtures

You can submit a light fixture you want to have installed or you can ask us to give you options.

We love the idea of switching out old light fixtures for new ones. Some light fixtures we love are:

• Bathroom vanity light: one / two / three

• Kitchen light: one

Faucets and shower heads

Nobody likes low water pressure or leaky sinks. Don't feel like you just have to fix them, replace them!

• Bathroom sink faucet: one, two, three

• Kitchen sink faucet: one, two, three

• Shower head: one, two, three

Knobs and pulls

We are usually looking to make our building more functional and safe! if your door knobs or cabinet pulls aren't working for you, lets get 'em switched out!
